To obtain warranty service on your product, please complete the form below. To verify your warranty, you will be requested to provide a copy of your dated sales receipt or invoice. Please email the receipt as an attachment to service@infigo.us. Please include your name and phone number with the receipt.

Credit card statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase as they do not specify the model number or price of the product that was purchased.

 

Note: Our limited warranty does not cover products purchased secondhand from unauthorized resellers or private parties.
